Vaccinations
We require an up-to-date vaccination card. For dogs, the Kennel Cough vaccine is recommended but not required; if you choose to have it done, it must be given at least 14 days before the stay.
We only board animals in good health to protect all our guests.
Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. This can be paid via our wizard or bank transfer.
Remaining balance is due on drop-off (Cash or Transfer).
Times & Health
Drop-off and collection between 10:00 – 18:00 (Daycare from 07:30). Late arrivals/collections incur stay charges.
Emergency vet liaison is handled immediately if your pet falls ill during their stay.
